"Darcy was clever. He was at the same time haughty, reserved, and fastidious... "

Mr. Darcy is back.

After Vista ate my sweet computer, I finally have him back.

Don't ask me why my computer is masculine, it just is.

I am so excited to work on it now.  Mr. Darcy has always been good to me.

Despite having coconut oil spilled on the keyboard.

Or Keith wanting to clean it and spraying a spray bottle on it, completely drenching it.

Or the several viruses caught (from trying to watch Doctor Who.  Sad, I know).

Mr. Darcy has always been a gentleman.

I think he learned from his previous owner, my hot husband.

With a rogue caterpillar attacking his face.
I have been so ridiculously grateful for him lately.

My husband, not Mr. Darcy.

He has Mondays off.  The last two Mondays he has gotten up with the kids.  He has made breakfast for us, and he has let me sleep in.  He has to get up early every other day of the week, and it was so incredibly sweet of him to get up early anyway.

Monday our kids wanted to go visit their grandparents.  While they were off playing, we were working hard in the yard.  We got hungry and decided to go to our favorite restaurant as we had a gift card.  While we were enjoying the delectable foods, he touched my hand and said "We should come here once a month.  Just us.  We need to spend more time together."  Music to my ears!  He has been simply divine and I couldn't be happier right now.  Life may not be perfect, but I certainly do have my Happily Ever After.
