I am in Love!
Do you believe in love at first sight?
I do.
When a completely from head to toe blue little smurf was placed in my arms on Thursday, I knew there was no going back. I am hooked for life. (She was not blue because of lack of oxygen, her whole body was blue because of some other strange phenomenon. Really, she makes the cutest smurf ever!)
And so, as the little princess gets used to us, and we get used to her, there must be a seperation from all things that aren't family. So, for the next weekish I will be getting to know Faye, and helping her get to know us (all the while trying to keep a jealous two year old from sneaking her food). I will be back after Thanksgiving with lots more to report on.

I am so proud of you and excited for the joys you have in store. That proverb in your last post was perfect...I may have to borrow that!
Enjoy your beautiful baby girl!
=)
PS. I have a wonderful friend name Faye, so the name has a very good feel for me.
