Favorite Things: Family

I just have to take a moment today and talk about how great my family is. Not just my cute little family, and not just my sibblings and parents family, but the whole thing. There are more than a hundred of us (both the Jacobsons had 7 kids in their family, and the Harris' had 7 kids as well, so there are a lot of us.) and sometimes it is hard to keep track of everyone. I have recently started calling my grandmother just to chat, and I gotta tell you, I love it! She is so amazing, and so is my grandpa. How wonderful it is to have such a large connected family. I have to admit, I haven't always been close to the cousins (excluding a few), nor have I always had the desire to be chummy with them, but as I get older, I just love every family get together. I love getting to know my cousins spouses, and even getting to know some of my cousins again. Today, one of my favorite things is my family.

I'm so glad you like us... phew... I wasn't sure!
There's no other drama on earth like a family. That's why HF gives us families - to teach us the unconditional love and patience etc that we need to become like him! Families are the plan... :)
Love you!

I was blessed with a wonderful friend growing up...my cousin AMY! Families are great, and unlike friends who may come and go, no matter how long it's been since you have been in touch with them they will still be there for you because you will always be a family.

Aw, look at that cute picture of little Amy! :)
I love having a big extended family.
Let me know if you find any cute single cousins as you get reacquainted with them! ;)
(I couldn't help myself, I had to throw that in.)
