So after months of rigorous test taking, Jeffrey finally got a new job. He was working at Telepreformance contracted out to Dell computers. He was the fix it guy. If you had a problem with your computer, and were in India, they would send the call to him, or one of his co workers. If you are in the States and have a problem with your computer, they will send you to India. I don't get it either. At any rate, he was getting pretty annoyed with all the people who didn't know the difference between their monitor and their tower, so he is glad that he wont be yelled at anymore by people who really don't know what they are doing. Instead, he is now working at Convergys (I know, big move up, right?) for Juniper. For those of you who don't know, Juniper is a networking system. It is the rival for Cisco. I think it is pretty funny that Jeff, MaryAnn's husband works with Cisco, and Jeffrey works for Juniper. At any rate, now he will be dealing with IT guys from big businesses. They will know how to work the computers, and he wont have to try to figure out if their warranty is up, or what. He will just have to focus on fixing the computers. He is so happy for the job change, and very excited to be learning all sorts of new computer stuff. I am just happy that he doesn't come home grouchy from being yelled at all day anymore. The Lord does bless us!
