Schedules

Monday was a good day.  I was able to get back on track with my routine.

Which meant we had a lot of time for play.
Keith played pool with some fruit and the broom handle.
We had a picnic in the blanket fort.

Books were read and fought over.

Toys were shared.

And giggles abounded.
Who knew having a schedule could be this much fun?

I always had a schedule, too. It worked well for me.

I love the game of pool! What a creative, or resourceful child!

I love children that can play with almost anything and have such a great imagination. I thought the game of pool was really cool! Sometimes "things" are better than expensive toys. My kids were never happier than when playing in my bottom cupboards with my pots and pans. I think todays kids have too many toys.

And, Hey!, schedules are great.
